What is the Rocky Academy?
At Happiness, we love talent, we grow talent. We love ‘fighters’ with fighting spirit. Fighters are stronger when it matters, quicker on their feet when needed, they attack from different angles.
They run marathons. They make sprints. And that’s exactly what we need to keep on boxing in the world class we belong.
That's why we created the Rocky Academy. An in-depth program designed specifically to identify, train and develop young talent to become the next generation of top fighters in the Creative Consultancy industry.
Through a combination of general and in-depth courses, our Rockies will get the tools, space and guidance to discover how they want to develop their skills in this industry.
Who are our Rockies?
Everyone from within Happiness Saigon can join the Rocky program. From the moment you subscribe, you are one of our Rockies!

Rules.
Rule nr. 1: Anyone from Happiness Saigon can join the program. Just subscribe at the bottom of the page and meeting invites will be sent to you.
Rule nr. 2: Once you are in, you can’t get out. The Rockies that miss two sessions without good reason, communicated beforehand to the Rocky Coach are out.
Program
Outline.
The program consists of 3 consecutive modules: the general module, the track module and the ultimate assignment.
1. General module: Participants get courses concerning advertising and Happiness-mindset in general. The program consists of courses/presentations, workshops and assignments.
At the end of this module, the Rockies who survived will move on to a track module of their choice.
2. Track module: The track module consists of different tracks. Each Rocky chooses one of the proposed tracks. Each track will go more in-depth in a certain area within the Creative Consultancy industry (account, strategy, design, creative, ...). Each track will have a mentor. A Rocky is free to choose any track he/she likes, regardless of his/her function within the Happiness group. More information on this module will follow.
3. The ultimate assignment: TBC
